How do I start live translation?
Open ThomLingo in Chrome, choose Live translation and your languages. Press Start, select the tab playing audio and enable sharing tab audio.
Do I need a Soniox API key?
Your 5-minute trial needs no key. After that, follow the guide under Connect Soniox to use your own key. Soniox usage is paid directly to Soniox, separately from your ThomLingo plan.
I paid but my plan has not appeared.
Return to Plans & billing and check that you are signed into the account used for the purchase. If the plan is still missing, contact us with the order reference; do not include card details.
Can I get help if I cannot sign in?
You can use this form without signing in. Enter a reply email and describe whether you used Google or a username. Do not include your password or OTP.
